Now onto the recipe ideas!
BLT Sandwich with Homemade Basil Mayo
If you’re looking for The Best BLT Sandwich, look no further! We gravitate towards a BLT the second we see juicy, heirloom tomatoes popping up in the summer. It has the perfect balance of flavors from the crispy bacon, crunchy iceberg lettuce, and juicy tomatoes. Now, add on Homemade Basil Mayo, and you’ve got the best summer sandwich!
Cherry Tomato Pepperoncini Martini
I love a martini just as much as the next person, and I’ve been toying with the idea of a tomato one this summer. This tomato martini is sweet and briny, and can be batched ahead of time, too. (Martini’s at the ready, yes, please?)
Hot Honey Barbecue Ribs
This BBQ spare ribs recipe is tossed with a simple spice blend, baked in the oven, and then brushed with homemade hot honey barbecue sauce. Place it on the grill for a more smoky, spicy, and caramelized finish.
If you’re looking for any side dishes to serve with these ribs, check out the below:
Easy Chimichurri Mayo Potato Salad
Remember the caper chimichurri from last week’s steak? I made some extra and tossed it into a mayo over potatoes. A vibrant take on potato salad enters this Easy Chimichurri Mayo Potato Salad. This potato salad recipe combines fork-tender potatoes tossed in a zesty, herby, caper chimichurri mayo. It’s a wonderful side that is perfect for BBQs, weeknight meals, or potlucks.
